Partnered with Strangers with Style, to produce the pilot event, Collabmore. Hired to creatively direct and produce the fashion show portion of the event which included creating the concept, staffing the entire production team (team of 60), production of set design and overall day of coordination.

Worked with this client to strategize around content creation and branding to introduce a new demographic to this space. Produced two experiential branding events,  Where We Begin - an art installation in conjunction with Noisy Tenants’ stage play, Black Cotton. Sankofa’s merchandise was curated to create the art installation - a sacred pre-1840s living room setup as the home of the main character’s family.  Sankofa Pop Up Museum - a pop-up art installation, to share knowledge about Africa - pre-colonialism in America from the African, African American, and multicultural perspective.

Provided expertise for client’s rebranding project. Rebranding consisted of creating a new look and feel for all digital and print materials. Created proposal of detailed timeline and budget, facilitated with digital strategy to increase expsosure through several online channels, target marketing, as well as maximizing with sponsorship deals.
fashion alley coordinator @ african american festival
Provided Day-of-Coordination for all programming in the “Fashion Alley” section of the event. This included managing celebrities, models and other participants in fashion shows on area and main stages, musical performances, and style segments.

Produced fashion segment of community day event. This included all logistical components such as: casting, hiring of background assistance, sourcing of designers, and exhibition preparation.
